Our Story 🏠✨
We didn’t just get into the short-term rental business. We were molded in it for over a decade.
We’re a Bulgarian team, but our story is international – and certainly an exciting one.
It all started over 10 years ago when a group of passionate hospitality professionals started doing what they do best: making sure guests feel at home, owners feel at ease and operations run like clockwork. Nobody was calling it “virtual assistance” in those days. We just called it "doing the job really, really well".
2017 was our first big chapter - we were dipping out toes in London, one of the most demanding rental markets in the world. London doesn’t forgive mediocrity. We know. We were chewed up and spat out. But we rolled up our sleeves and dove right back into it signing with The London Residents Club. We loved every second of it.
And then there was 2019 - which was like a reality TV show finale. 🎬 We’ve merged with Hintown (Italy ), Rent Experience (Portugal ) and Bnb Buddy (Scotland ) to become something bigger: ALTIDO: A Life That I Dream Of.
Suddenly our team was fluent in UK quirks, Italian charm and Portuguese sunshine.
2022 - another step! ALTIDO joined the Joivy group and with that we added Spain and France to our short-term letting portfolio. At this point we were basically collecting countries.
Through every re-brand, every merger, every new market - one thing remained consistent: our team.

We've seen the chaos of scaling fast, the precision of operating in five countries, and the very human side of hospitality - the tricky guests, the 2am emergencies, the reviews that can make or break a listing. We’ve seen it all, fixed most of it, and learned from the rest.
So what did this all build?
A team that knows the STR world inside and out, really, really, really well. We speak the language of the industry, both in the literal and figurative sense. If it’s a tool in this industry, we’ve probably used, broken and mastered it.🛠️
And this is how ARTIDO was born.
